Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) Warning
On Airport Car Rentals Not Recommended
BWI has established an on-airport car rental system that requires a circuitous route, including a single lane roadway section, that can delay entry to the car rental return of up to 45 minutes. It is recommended that off-airport car rental agencies be used to avoid this problem until BWI implements a sufficient traffic management system.
On airport car rental companies include at least Hertz, Avis and National.
